I think it’s fair to say that pretty much all of us want to look pretty good at the moment because summer is on it’s way very soon. Whilst I was wondering to myself how I could make my dream of slimming up a little bit and dropping a few pounds of ‘Christmas fat’ (as I like to call it) that had been stored up for months now, I came across Tiffany Rothe.
I decided that the easiest (and cheapest) way to really stay fit and healthy (I hate going to the gym and PE is a chore most of the time since we never do anything fun) was to do it in the comfort of my own bedroom and try and sort out the bits of my body that I really hate the most.
My favourite video of Tiffany’s is the ‘Get flat, sexy abs with Tiffany Rothe Workouts 5 minute routine’. Even though it does have a very in-your-face title, it definitely does the job.
I’ve probably been doing the exercise on and off (yes, I still seem to manage avoiding it most evenings) for a good month or so now and I have definately seen the real difference. My stomach is feeling more toned and stronger than ever and I don’t feel like I have the awkward bump of weight on my stomach anymore that doesn’t really need to be there.
